vocals), Brand Cedrone (harmonica) - these were the early days, Brand and Dick
played blues and folk...
...Vic Wotherspoon
Quartet, Project Arts Music Series, Independence Mall, Kingston, MA, 1999 -
Vic Wotherspoon (guitar, vocals), Brand Cedrone (harmonica), David Corcoran
(bass, vocals), Dick Webb (banjo, guitar, vocals) - Vic and Brand put together
the Vic Wotherspoon Trio, which soon became a quartet playing folk, blues and
many of Vic's original tunes...

Stompers, Joe Davies Folk Festival, Soule Homestead, Middleboro, MA, 2000 -
Vic Wotherspoon (guitar, vocals), Brand Cedrone (harmonica, percussion),
Dick
Webb (banjo, guitar, vocals), Jim Gordon (mandolin, vocals) - Dave retired to
the islands and Jim joined the band moving more toward jug band music...

"Bring It With You When You Come" album cover, 2002 - Brand Cedrone (harmonica,
ukulele, percussion, vocals), Dick Webb (guitar, banjo, vocals), Jim Gordon
(mandolin, vocals), Alan Gianatassio (bass, vocals), Doug Chambers (dobro,
banjo, guitar, vocals) - After Vic moved on the band was renamed and joined by
Alan and Doug. During 2001,2002 the music matured and the band cut a CD and even made
a video...
...The Resonators,
ERM, Inc. Summer Outing, Thompsons Island, Boston, MA, 2006 - Brand Cedrone
(harmonica, ukulele, percussion, vocals), Dick Webb (guitar, banjo, vocals), Jim
Gordon (mandolin, guitar, vocals), Harry Cook (bass, vocals) - Over a four year
period various performer changes occurred (particularly the bassmen) the band
played on in many venues - bars, coffeehouses, folk festivals, concert series,
fund raisers and many private parties. Harry Cook arrives...
...The Resonators,
Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth, MA, 2007 - Brand Cedrone (harmonica, ukulele,
percussion, vocals), Jim Gordon (mandolin, guitar, vocals), Harry Cook (bass,
banjo, vocals), Art Tebbetts (guitar, vocals) - Dick left the band and Art took
over the guitar and lead vocals - same great music, lots of new songs...

at Dave Jackson's CAPE Coffeehouse in Wareham, MA, 2008 - Joined by "Bruno
Wolf" (harmonica, vocals) and "Rex Rakish" (bass, vocals) entertain the
crowd at this famous, now sadly defunct, open mic venue. (Note: No matter what
this photo seems to indicate, Brand Cedrone and Harry Cook were
not available due to contractual issues with The Resonators)...
... Doc Webb Rides Again,
Joe Davies Folk Festival, Middleboro, MA, 2008 - Dick Webb (guitar, vocals),
Harry Cook (bass, vocals), Brand Cedrone (harmonica, ukulele, percussion,
vocals) - As The Resonators moved more toward jazz, Dick, Harry continued to
perform as a duo, joined occasionally by Brand for shows at several venues,
keeping the jug band tradition alive and kickin'...

Ward's Berry Farm, Sharon, MA, 2008 - Dick Webb (banjo, guitar, vocals),
Dennis Cartin (guitar, vocals),Harry
Cook (bass, vocals), Ken Pavao (dobro,
vocals) - This short-lived bluegrass band only did one show but may still
appear on the right occasion...

Benders, 2009 - This close
encounter of the third kind as a high-flying quartet included Dick Webb (guitar, banjo,
vocals), Brand Cedrone (harmonica, ukulele, percussion, vocals),
Harry Cook (bass, banjo, guitar, vocals), Russ Mello (fiddle, mandolin, dobro, guitar, vocals)...

proud to play this timeless (as well as nameless) venue in Harvard Square - We
were joined by opener Jackie Damsky and

The String
Benders - Outstanding in their Field at a fund raiser for the Granite
Grange #7, Milford, NH, March 2011 - Great venue, great audience and a
corned beef and cabbage dinner to boot.
TSB playing for
the Mass Audubon Society, Moose Hill Sanctuary, Sharon, MA on June 2011.
Great cause, great audience, fun for all, adults and kids (we even did the
coyote song and got away with it!).
TSB in red,
white and blue for an independence day party in Duxbury, MA on July 4, 2011.
Thanks to our friend David Lowry for, once again, bringing us down to entertain
at his annual burger bash and fireworks.
TSB back in our old
stomping grounds in Plymouth, MA featuring at the "Trillium Open Mic" at
the Middle Street School of Music. Thanks again to our good friend and fellow
musician Paul Horton for a great night of entertainment.
